Accommodations
|
Country Women’s Council USA Triennial Conference committee has
negotiated favorable room prices and reserved rooms for conference
participants at 3 hotels in Hot Springs. In order to book
accommodations you need to quote your Conference Registration number
which you will receive from ACWW on receipt of your Conference
Registration form and fee. All bookings must be made through Hot
Springs Conventions and Visitors Bureaus. Print the
Accommodation Reservation
Form to book your accommodation. All
bookings of accommodation are the participants own responsibility.
Accommodation
reservations should be made by March 20, 2010.
Booking for the hotels are “first
come-first served” basis. NOTE: Hotel fees are payable
directly to the hotel on departure. Breakfast is included in the
room rate. Reservations can only be made through Hot Springs
Conventions and Visitors Bureau Price listed is per night with
approximate taxes included. Notification of reservation will come
directly from hotel chosen either by
email or post.

The Embassy
Suites Hot Springs Hotel and Spa is located within the Hot
Springs National Park in Arkansas, and is connected via a covered
walkway to the Summit Arena and the Hot Springs Convention Center,
and within walking distance to the city’s historic Bathhouse Row and
the great shopping, dining and nightlife of downtown. As a
guest, you’ll enjoy spacious two-room suites with a complimentary

prominent building in the heart of historic downtown Hot Springs
National Park, the Arlington Resort Hotel & Spa, is an

restaurants, and a national park outside any door. Rooms include
