The size must be 9 inches square as a finished product.

It may be made in any fabric or material.

It can be padded or made without padding.

One item per person may be entered.

Name, country, organization and address must be attached to the back of the item entered.

The square should be handed in on the 21st. April, the day of registration, to the competition area in the Hot Springs Conference Centre.
