On receipt of the completed registration form and fee, ACWW will send you confirmation of registration to be retained and shown at the ACWW registration desk in Hot Springs, Arkansas.

Conference Fee
The “Early Bird” conference registration fee is 380£ or US$725 for those registering by November 18, 2009. There after the fee is 430£ or US$825. The final day for registration is March 1, 2010. The fee covers Opening Ceremony, USA Entertainment Evening, Excursion Day, Lunches on Plenaries, Gala Dinner, and conference bag, badge and papers. Conference Registration Form
